Living in the Vaal Triangle it was difficult to keep an eye on my property in Amanzimtoti and when the tenant left I had to find someone to organise a new tenant. I contacted Roxane and never looked back. She arranged for my property to be cleaned, did an inspection , advise repair requirements, got quotes for my approved repairs, report back for approval after the repairs was done, advertise the property, show it to potential tenants and recommend the best candidates. She handles all correspondence with the tenant, see to it that the rent is paid on time and informs me when the rent is paid into my bank account.
